FUNDRAISING

As with all Charities and Foundations the principal aim and objective is to raise funds to enable them to carry out the objectives that they hold.  The Richard Hunt Foundation is no different in this respect, by raising funds we can not only provide support for our brave and injured service men and women but also raise awareness.

Since Richards’s untimely death his family and friends have raised over £7,000 for Help For Heroes.  The Richard Hunt Foundation will continue to donate a percentage of funds raised to this fantastic organisation.

We have many ideas in the pipelines for raising funds from sponsored walks and runs, to auction evenings.  We have submitted a proposal to Monmouthshire County Council to hold a family fun day and music festival at Bailey Park in Abergavenny, Richards’s home town.

These are early days in the Foundations life but we have a strong team and strong commitment to doing all we can for The Richard Hunt Foundation so that in Richards death we can help those that need help.
